1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SinoSupport ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Client" — a user who posts projects and hires talent.
  • "Talent" — a user who bids on projects and provides services.
  • "Project" — a job or task posted by a Client.
  • "Bid" — a proposal submitted by a Talent in response to a Project.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Platform Role

SinoSupport acts as a marketplace connecting Clients and Talents. We are not a party to any agreement between Clients and Talents. We do not guarantee project outcomes, quality of work, or payment.

5. Fees & Commission

The Platform charges a commission on accepted bids as configured by the Platform administrator. Commission rates are displayed before bid acceptance. All fees are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Misrepresenting your identity, skills, or experience
  • Posting false or misleading projects
  • Circumventing Platform fees by transacting outside the Platform
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Uploading malicious code or content
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Work product delivered by Talent to Client belongs to the Client upon full payment. Talent retains the right to display work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Clients and Talents should first be resolved directly. If unresolved, either party may submit a dispute through the Platform. SinoSupport may mediate but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

SinoSupport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or Platform notification.
